§ 93.08 ABANDONED MOTOR VEHICLE.
   No person shall abandon any vehicle on public property within or without the corporate limits, and no person shall leave any motor vehicle on public property within or without the corporate limits for the time and under circumstances as to cause the vehicle reasonably to appear to have been abandoned.
