§ 91.06 MONUMENTS.
   Persons desiring to erect monuments, tombstones, or other structures shall first procure a permit from the City Clerk. The Cemetery Board shall review all applications and shall give written approval for any permit prior to the issuance by the City Clerk of the permit.
