§ 52.10 RATE SETTING.
   (A)   Customers of the city’s Sewer Department shall be charged a base rate and a rate based upon water usage for the use of sewer service.
   (B)   Rates shall be set by ordinance and shall be on file at the office of the City Clerk for public inspection at any reasonable time.
