§ 52.09 CLASSIFICATION FOR RENTAL FEES.
   The City Council may classify for the purpose of rental fees the customers of the city’s Sewer Department; provided, that the classifications are reasonable and do not discriminate unlawfully against any consumer or group of consumers.
