§ 3-109 CONSUMPTION OR POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINERS OF CEREAL MALT BEVERAGE AND ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR BY ADULTS IN PUBLIC PLACES PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any adult person while upon a public highway, street, alley, sidewalk, park, cemetery or parking area open to the public to:
   (a)   Have in his or her possession, except in the original unopened container, any cereal malt beverage or alcoholic liquor;
   (b)   Drink or consume any cereal malt beverage or alcoholic liquor upon such public places; or
   (c)   Drink or consume any cereal malt beverage or alcoholic liquor with or upon any vehicle, moving or parked, upon any such public places.
