§ 3-108 PURCHASE, POSSESSION OR CONSUMPTION OF CEREAL MALT BEVERAGE OR ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR BY ANYONE UNDER THE LEGAL AGE FOR SUCH PROHIBITED.
   (a)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the legal age for consumption of cereal malt beverage to obtain or purchase, or attempt to obtain or purchase, any cereal malt beverage from any person except as authorized by law.
   (b)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the legal age for consumption of cereal malt beverage to possess or consume cereal malt beverage except as authorized by law.
   (c)   It shall be unlawful for any person under 21 years of age to obtain or purchase, or attempt to obtain or purchase, alcoholic liquor from any person except as authorized by law.
   (d)   It shall be unlawful for any person under 21 years of age to possess or consume alcoholic liquor except as authorized by law.
   (e)   This section shall not apply to the possession and consumption of cereal malt beverage or alcoholic liquor by a person under the legal age for consumption thereof when such possession and consumption is permitted and supervised and such cereal malt beverage or alcoholic liquor is furnished by the person’s parent or legal guardian.
