§ 3-104 CONSUMPTION ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.

No person shall drink or consume any alcoholic liquor on city-owned public property; however, this prohibition shall not apply to city owned property for which the city has entered into a lease agreement which includes provisions for alcohol consumption.
