The PBC hereby created shall be authorized to establish and fix rates, rentals, fees and charges for the use of the swimming pool and/or city hall and appurtenances thereto, sufficient at all times to pay maintenance and operation costs of such facility, the principal and the interest on the bonds issued by the Commission as the same becomes due and payable and to make all payments to any accounts created by any bond resolution.
