§ 1-315 SAME; SALARY.

The salary of the City Administrator shall be fixed or adjusted by resolution of the Governing Body and shall be payable semi-monthly. The salary shall be fixed or adjusted within the foregoing limits by resolution of the Governing Body at any time it deems such action advisable.
