§ 6-302 CANDIDATES FOR MAYOR.
   Any person who otherwise meets the requirements for candidacy for Mayor may file as a candidate for Mayor by:
   (a)   Paying the filing fee required by K.S.A. 25-21a01; or
   (b)   Having had filed on his or her behalf a nomination petition or a declaration of candidacy in accordance with K.S.A. 25-205, and amendments thereto, accompanied by any fee required by law, signed by 30 qualified electors of the city.
