For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
OWNER. The legal owner of record, his or her designated agent, lessee, tenant, occupant or other person having charge or control of the premises, unless otherwise specifically described or defined herein.
PERSON. Any individual, individuals, corporation, partnership, unincorporated association, other business organization, committee, board, trustee, receiver, agent or other representative who has charge, care, control or responsibility for maintenance of any premises, regardless of status as owner, renter, tenant or lessee, and whether or not in possession.
PREMISES. Any lot, plot or parcel of land including any structures located thereon.
STRUCTURE. Any building, wall, superstructure or other structure constructed or erected on any premises and which is attached to the ground or attached to something which is attached to the ground.
