The fee for a plumbing permit shall be $25; however, no fee shall be required to obtain a permit where the total estimated cost, the reasonable value of all services, labor and materials required is under $100. The fee herein shall be paid to the City Clerk upon obtaining a plumbing permit and the same shall be credited to the General Operating Fund of the city.
