(a) The fee for a building permit shall be based upon the reasonable estimated total costs of materials, labor and all services required for the project and assessed as follows:
(1) Zero dollars to $2,000: $15;
(2) Two thousand one dollars to $10,000: $25;
(3) Ten thousand one dollars to $50,000: $50; and
(4) Fifty thousand one dollars and greater: $100.
(b) The building permit fee shall be paid to the City Clerk upon the approval of the application for a building permit.
