§ 4-201 DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

BUILDING OFFICIAL. The Building Inspector, or his or her authorized designee.

CORPORATION COUNSEL. The City Attorney of the City of Humboldt.

MUNICIPALITY. The City of Humboldt, Kansas.
