(a) Campaign signs for any upcoming election may be placed on private property or on the unpaved right-of-way for city streets on private property during the 45-day period prior to any election and the two-day period following any such election.
(b) Campaign signs must be removed within 15 days following any election. Campaign signs not removed within 15 days of any election shall be subject to removal and disposal by the city and/or the property owner cited for violation of this section.
(c) All campaign signs must comply with existing zoning regulations regarding the size and placement of signs so as not to impede sight lines or sight distance for safety reasons.
