§ 16-503 NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION FUND.
   The city does hereby create a Neighborhood Revitalization Fund to finance the redevelopment of the revitalization area and to provide a rebate of property tax increments as set forth in the Neighborhood Revitalization Plan.
