Ground and surface water drainage services may include the following:
(a) Adequate and controlled drainage of ground and surface water within the city;
(b) Installation and maintenance of bridges, walkways, whistles, culverts, underground collection lines, ditches, flues and other infrastructure to control the flow and drainage of ground and surface water within the city; and
(c) Development and implementation of recommended water and soil conservation methods, practices and procedures to help direct and control the drainage of ground and surface water within the city.
