§ 15-501 USE OF LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GASES.
   It is unlawful or any person to use liquified petroleum gases for domestic use within the city limits, except as follows:
   (a)   In connection with the temporary use by an owner or occupant of a recreational type vehicle or mobile unit which is equipped with mounted liquified petroleum gas storage tanks; or
   (b)   In connection with the use of a gas grill or domestic cooking unit located and used outside of a structure.
