The city shall assess and charge a fee for the collection of solid waste according to the following schedule:
(a) Residential:
(1) For each occupied residential dwelling within the city limits, one collection per week (includes one poly cart): $10.75/month; and
(2) For each residential dwelling within the city limits that utilizes a dumpster:

(3) For each commercial and non-residential unit within the city limits that utilizes a dumpster:

(3) The city reserves the right to limit, refuse or to discontinue at its discretion any solid waste collection outside the city limits.
