§ 15-207 CONNECTION PERMIT; FEES.
   (a)   Upon receipt of a satisfactory and complete application as provided by § 15-205, a permit to connect with the city’s water, gas and/or sewer systems shall be issued to the applicant upon the applicant’s payment of the applicable fees as set forth herein.
   (b)   Connection and tap fees for a connection permit shall be as follows.
      (1)   Water service tap: $150 for each three-fourths inch water tap.
      (2)   Gas service tap: $150 for each one-inch gas tap.
      (3)   Sewer service tap: $20 for each four-inch sewer tap.
   (c)   Water, gas and sewer taps to service premises outside the city limits must first have the approval of the city Governing Body and, if approved, an additional connection and tap fee of $25 shall be assessed for each tap.
   (d)   Water, gas and sewer connection fees shall be waived for all newly constructed residences.
   (e)   Any tap in excess of the size designated above shall be installed only in accord with § 15-208, and the additional costs incurred by the city in accommodating and connecting the requested over-sized tap shall be assessed to the applicant in addition to the applicable connection and tap fees set forth above.
