§ 14-214 TRUCK TRAFFIC; WHERE PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful and a violation of this title for any person to drive or operate a truck, which shall be defined as any vehicle having a gross weight of over 40,000 pounds, on the following streets of the city:
   (a)   All of Twelfth Street;
   (b)   All of Fifteenth Street; and
   (c)   All of Signor Street.
