When properly signposted, traffic shall move only south in the alley running north and south in Block 35 from the Bridge Street entrance to the north line of the alley running east and west in Block 35 and only east from the alley first above-described over and upon the driveway south of the Humboldt National Bank Building in the block and traffic shall not enter the driveway from the east and shall exit to the south.
