Drivers of vehicles shall stop as the sign directs at the following locations:
(a) At every intersection before entering any of the following streets or parts of streets which are designated through streets:
(1) Ninth Street from north city limits to south city limits;
(2) Bridge Street from west city limits to, and including, Thirteenth Street;
(3) Central Street from Ninth Street to east city limits; and
(4) Eighth Street from north city limits to Bridge Street.
(b) At the described entrances to the following designated stop intersections:
(1) At the south and west entrances to the intersection of New York Street and Eighth Street;
(2) At the north and south entrances to the intersection of Pine Street and Eighth Street;
(3) At all entrances to the intersection of Signor Street and Fourteenth Street;
(4) At the north and south entrance to the intersection of New York Street and Tenth Street; and
(5) At the east entrance to the intersection of Thirteenth Street and Ohio Streets.
