§ 13-311 TREE PLANTING; CERTAIN TYPES PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful for any person to set out any cottonwood or other trees producing seeds that are readily blown about by the winds or male Ailanthus or other tree emitting a disagreeable odor within the limits of the city or to plant any mulberry tree in the street parking. It is lawful for any property owner to remove from the street parking in front of his or her property any cottonwood or mulberry trees now growing which bear or shed cotton or mulberries.
