§ 12-402 JOINT OWNERSHIP; CEMETERY FUND; TAX LEVY.
   The township and city shall become joint owners of the cemetery and the township trustee of the township and the Mayor of the city shall constitute a Board of Trustees, having full power and control of the cemetery, and they shall annually determine the tax that shall be levied by the township and the city to provide a fund for the purpose of meeting the annual expense of the cemetery grounds and the township and the city shall at the time of making their other levies, levy and collect a tax as provided for by law to provide for a fund for the purpose of meeting the annual expenses of keeping and maintaining the cemetery.
