§ 12-302 BOARD; OFFICERS AND MEETINGS.
   (a)   The Library Board shall annually meet and organize by the election of a Chairperson, a Secretary and a Treasurer and other officers as they may deem necessary. The Board shall fix the date and place of its regular meetings.
   (b)   Special meetings may be called by the Chairperson or upon written request of a majority of the members in the manner provided by law.
