§ 12-205 DISEASED PERSONS.

It is unlawful for any person at any time to enter the waters of the swimming pool who is afflicted with any venereal, infectious or contagious disease. The manager is authorized and may require a certificate of a licensed doctor of medicine that any person applying for admission to the pool is free from any infectious or contagious disease.
