§ 12-201 LOCATION; WHEN OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
   The municipal swimming pool, located in the city park, shall be open to the public at all proper and seasonable times, subject to such rules and regulations as the Governing Body may from time to time adopt or authorize and as provided by the rules and regulations of the State Board of Health.
