§ 12-113 HISTORICAL COLLECTION; ESTABLISHED.

There is created and established a collection of records, documents and any other papers or articles of any nature of historical value or interest. The collection shall be housed within the stone building located upon Lot 1, Block 3 of Curdy’s Addition to the city and therein maintained and displayed.
