§ 11-207 PROHIBITION OF THE USE OR POSSESSION OF SUBSTANCES CONTAINING TETRAHYDROCANNABINOIDS.

(a) No person shall use or possess marijuana or any substance containing tetrahydrocannabinols.

(b) Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000. There shall be no authority to impose a jail sentence under this section.
