§ 11-206 PUBLIC DEFECATION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in public defecation. PUBLIC DEFECATION is the act of discharging waste matter, both fecal or urine, from the human body, and performed within view of the public and in a place other than an area, structure or facility specifically provided for such purpose.
