It is unlawful for any person or persons to distribute any circulars, advertisements, dodgers or notices of any kind in the city by throwing them in the streets, alleys or other public places or by leaving or throwing them in or upon the yards, lawns, porches or other private places of the city. They may be distributed by delivering them to any person or within any entranceway of any house, store or other private place.
