A. Any person found peddling/soliciting without applying for a permit shall be guilty of violating this chapter and shall be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for such violation.
B. Any person who is found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) on the first offense, and fines shall increase on additional offenses not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) and the violator may be ordered to stop soliciting unless in receipt of a solicitor's permit as required by this chapter.
