Any person, firm, corporation or limited liability company violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on which a violation occurs or continues. Provided, however, licensees shall be subject to fine by order of the local liquor control commissioner in the amounts as provided herein and as set forth in section 7-5 of Illinois liquor control act of 1934.
