Each liquor license issued under this chapter shall terminate on June 30 next following its issuance. The fee to be paid shall be reduced in proportion to the full calendar months which have expired in the year prior to the issuance of the license. All fees due and owing to the Village of Hudson in connection with the issuance of a liquor license pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter shall be tendered in full upon application for the issuance of the original license or for any renewal thereof. Licensees may not pay in installments, quarterly or otherwise. No application for the issuance of a license or renewal thereof shall be considered unless payment in full of the license fee is tendered. (Ord. 1292, 11-1-2016; amd. Ord. 1327, 9-3-2019)
