9-12-3: EXEMPT NONCONFORMITIES:

A structure, building, or use shall not be subject to the provisions of this chapter solely by reason of being nonconforming with respect to the standards for yards, lot area per dwelling unit, lot width, or off street parking or loading facilities. (Ord. 1150, 4-2-1996)
