505.15 WILD BIRDS; KILLING OR INJURING; DAMAGING NESTS; CAPTURING.
   (a)   No person shall kill or injure any wild bird. No person shall throw, fire or shoot a stone, bullet, arrow or any other missile at such a bird.
   (b)   No person shall break, tear down or destroy any bird's nest or the eggs or other contents of such nest.
   (c)   No person shall catch or capture any wild bird or shall set traps or spread nets or snares with the intent to catch or capture the same. No person shall follow or pursue any such bird with the intent to catch or injure the same.

   (d)   Whoever violates any of the provisons of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
