147.04 STREET SUPERINTENDENT.

   (a)   There is hereby established the position of Street Superintendent in and for the City.

   (b)   In accordance with civil service regulations, this position shall not be covered under the classified service of the City.

   (c)   The employment of the Superintendent shall be on a forty-hour week basis and a twenty-four hour call basis.
