147.03 COMPLIANCE WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS REQUIRED.

No person shall violate or fail to comply with any rule or regulation promulgated by the Director of Public Service for the administration of the affairs under his supervision, including the operation of the City sewerage system, the waterworks system and the electric power substation, and the collection of sewer, water and electric power usage charges.
