147.06 SUPERINTENDENT OF THE WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENTS.

   The City hereby creates the position of Superintendent of the Water and Sewer Departments. This position shall be under the authority of the Service Director and shall be a non- bargaining unit position. The Superintendent must maintain all valid licenses required by the City of Hubbard, Ohio EPA and other licenses required by State and Federal Agencies.
