Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter, or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder, or fails to comply therewith, or with any written notice, or order issued thereunder, or whoever interferes with, obstructs or hinders the Service Director or other designated official while attempting to make exterior inspections, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor as defined by the Ohio Revised Code. Each day such violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
