(a) The owner, part owner or occupant of any lot, premises or parcel of land within the City who desires to install, construct or erect, at such location, a satellite earth station designed to receive television signals from satellites shall apply to the Building Department for the permit referred to in Section 1361.01.
(b) The Building Department shall issue such permit provided the applicant:
(1) Submits a written application for such permit upon forms furnished by the Building Department along with a plot plan of the lot or parcel showing the location of the existing buildings and the location of the proposed device itself and a description of it. Each plot plan shall show the name and address of the property owner(s), the occupant(s) of the premises, and the name of the installer or other person(s) who will be permitted to erect the proposed device.
(2) Meets all requirements of this chapter and any other applicable ordinances of the City.
(3) Submits with the application a fee in accordance with the existing fee schedule for the City. This permit fee shall cover the cost of plan review and inspection of the construction at the site of erection.
