1355.30 EXCEPTIONS BY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND COUNCIL.

A request for an exception to any provision of this chapter shall be made in writing to the Planning and Zoning Commission, and, where the Planning and Zoning Commission feels that special conditions warrant granting the exceptions, Council shall be notified of the decision. Any exception to any provisions of this chapter must be approved by both the Planning and Zoning Commission and Council.
