Portable ground signs, in existence and to be used in the future, shall be regulated as follows:
(a) The portable ground signs shall be used in non-residential districts only;
(b) Portable ground signs shall have a minimum sign face area of fifty square feet;
(c) The maximum height of the portable ground signs shall be seven feet above the finish grade;
(d) The portable ground signs shall be placed no closer than ten feet from property lines and right-of-ways, excepting on corner lots, where they shall not be placed within the triangle formed between points of front and side lot lines within thirty-five feet of their intersection.
(e) Prior to the usage or placement of a portable ground sign, an application for permit must be filed with the office of the Hubbard City Engineer. A permit fee of ten dollars ($10.00) is required.
