1353.01 SIGNS, ETC. ON UTILITY POLES OR IN STREET RIGHT OF WAY PROHIBITED.

No person shall erect any sign, poster, placard, advertising board or similar device upon any utility pole or within the right of way of any street in the City. This section does not apply to the placing of street name signs on utility poles by the City.
