1345.05 CONDEMNATION OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS AUTHORIZED.

The City Engineer is hereby authorized to issue condemnation orders against any property owner in the City who permits or suffers to remain on his premises any building which the Engineer deems unsafe for human habitation or use. (Ord. 26. Passed 4-16-62.)
