935.03 DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN INSIDE AND OUTSIDE METERS.

Those residents in the City having both an inside meter and an outside indicator shall be billed for water usage according to the reading on the inside meter in the event a discrepancy in readings exist between the reading of the inside meter and the outside indicator.
