905.07 RE-SODDING OF LAWNS AND TAMPING OF GROUNDS REQUIRED.

No public utility company excavating under a permit required by Section 905.01 shall fail to re-sod any lawns and tamp any grounds on property of City residents damaged by such excavation. (Ord. 28-73. Passed 5-29-73.)
