737.10 REVOCATION OF TAXICAB LICENSE FOR FAILURE TO OPERATE.

Whenever a licensee under the provisions of this chapter for a period of sixty days fails to make a reasonable or consistent effort to operate any taxicab the Director of Public Safety may either suspend or revoke such license pursuant to the provisions of Section 705.08.
