729.18 PROMULGATION OF REGULATIONS.

The Mayor may promulgate regulations, not inconsistent with the purpose and intent of this chapter, as he may from time to time deem necessary or desirable. Such regulations, before becoming effective, shall first be published at least once in a local newspaper of general circulation.
